With the weather heating up, be sure to bring plenty of water bottles and a cool wet washcloth to cool off with in between workouts. You'll be happy you did!!

Katy Team or K team.....Here we go......I ate bad last weekend. Weekends are my hardest days to be good. I do work out but i dont eat well usually....Any tips will be appreciated.
